What a wonderful experience to learn about the Amish culture. Tom was a wealth of knowledge and the tour brought us to this such friendly couple, Barbie and Aaron who welcomed us and cooked an amazing meal for us. I still continue to think about the peanut butter she made. I would highly recommend Tom and his tour for anyone that visits the area and enjoys history and culture.

Enjoyed the meal prepared by the Amish family. The meal was delicious and with a lot of variety. Tour guide was excellent! Enjoyed the well behaved children and the doggies. All made you feel welcomed!

Don't miss this opportunity - it was so informative and interesting and enjoyable. Mike was a premier tour guide. He provided local history of the area as well as specific information about the Amish culture. The family farm we toured was delightful - the food was delicious and plentiful and the family members so kind and friendly. We enjoyed seeing their farm (where "Witness" was filmed!) and hearing about their daily lives. This tour and meal experience was even better than anticipated - outstanding!

This was a great event and gave a really good insight into the Amish life and culture. Our tour guide Mike grew up in Lancaster and obviously had great rapport with the host family. Aaron and Barbie were wonderful along with their 8 children. The meal she prepared for us was a true feast with three main courses, three sides, salad, fresh rolls and an amazing chocolate lava cake and ice cream. Would 100% recommend this tour!
