We booked the sunset cruise and paid online with a credit card. The day of the cruise, I received an email that the excursion was cancelled due to weather. I called and was told that I would not be charged due to them cancelling it. A few days later a charge of over $200 was on my credit card bill. I called and left messages and never heard back. I even sent an email with no response. I finally got through to a woman who told me the cruise was not cancelled and I would need to speak to a manager. I told her that I received the email cancellation and she proceeded to hang up on me. I called again and talked to another woman who confirmed that it was cancelled and put in a credit. All of this aggravation for a boat ride that never even took place. I will never book anything with them again.

My husband, teen son, and I booked a speed boat ride while on vacation in OC. The ride was very fun and exciting! We love to go fast! My fave part was seeing a pod of dolphins. The captain was sure to slow down to let us see them! I only wish the ride had been longer, as we were having such a blast! The crew was great too. Highly recommend!

My husband and I went on vacation for our anniversary in June, of this year. I wanted to go on this boat ride so we can see the ocean and possible dolphins. On our way back, the boat started to smoke! Yes, smoke! While in the middle of the ocean with no radio to call for help… luckily the coast guard was out and about only due to the air show! When we arrived back, we were told we would get a refund! Here it is, 2 months later and still no refund! I’ve called multiple times and the last time I called, I was told it was being sent to their higher ups…. And still nothing! I will never use them again!!!!

It was just a ride out and ride back. They didn’t help look for no dolphins. The captain just talked with other kid the whole time. It was a very boring time. Worst ever on this boat for us. I’ve rode this many times and this was the worst. We probably won’t ride this again. And it was $70 for us basically just to ride out and back. Boring!

Very experienced, professional, upbeat staff. After returning for a sea rocket speed boat experience, I was a very let down. It's definitely not the same "sea rocket (speed boat)" with the "rooster tail"experience that I had years back. It's now a very casual boat ride, not a speed boat experience like before. I went with Family in the morning for the early bird special and returned that night with just my wife only for the sun set experience as the other sun set cruise location was booked. We booked for the sunset cruise departing at 7:50. Boat was way over crowded, concerned that we may. Not have seating when boarding. We were able to see the sun setting while boarding but once we left the bay the hotel buildings blocked the view. Perhaps they can take a different route for the sunset departure.

glad we took the boat tour and we enjoyed the ride in the ocean and saw the OC beach scenery. We highly recommend this activity.

We had a blast zooming up and down the ocean in the sea Rocket, what an exciting experience to have. I highly recommend booking, the staff is super nice and helpful, the boat ride itself is awesome and plus we got to see a lot of dolphin pods. When asking my kids what their favorite part about our trip was, they all answered with the Sea Rocket! We will be booking again for next years family vacation. Thanks Stewart Family
