Overall, there was a negative undertone from our tour guide. All four of us thought the same thing: That her “poor me” attitude and “rich people suck” attitude left us with a sour taste. While we did learn some fun facts and see some cool sites, it was not a customized, open dialogue. It was more of her talking and wanting just to get through it. She was nice, patient and offered snacks and water, but her derogatory opinions about rich people really turned us off. If I could offer any advice to tour guide companies, I would encourage them to refrain from offering their opinions of people that have a different socioeconomic status than they do, especially if they don’t know the status of whom they are conversing with. I would also try and not talk about themselves too much and have more of an interactive conversation. We came there to have fun and learn more about Los Angeles. We didn’t come there to be made to feel guilty for having money.

Our tour guide was really great, super knowledgeable customers fun and full of personality. I would defo bring someone on this tour again if I travel with a friend next time.

Our guide was very knowledgeable and amusing. Saw all the locations of importance. We got close to Hollywood sign. Would have preferred not to see driveways of stars. Not much to see there. Also, the tip card is a forced review created by??? Our guide was great but our tip by company standards was considered less than great. Get rid of tip card please!

Gina was great. We booked a shared tour but it was just the 2 of us so private tour it was! She gave us lots of info about the area, super informative. I never got bored and the 3 hours went by so fast. She took some great pictures for us too!

Gina was our guide and she was awesome! Very friendly and did everything she could to make our tour special, including taking outstanding photos for everyone on the group!!! I researched LA tours for hours before deciding on this one and the pics you get from the Hollywood sign are worth the price of admission!!! You also see sunset strip, Beverly Hills, Rodeo Drive, Celebrity houses, billionaire’s row and the valley. The only disappointment was we didn’t get to stop and take a pic on a palm tree lined street. Buy my daughter and I will remember this for a long time! A definite highlight of our trip! I highly recommend it!!!

Our tour guide Gina was excellent! Saw lots of landmarks, stars homes and billionaires row. Affordable too! Just book it, you will love it!

Gina was amazing!! Very informative, very nice and she took the best pictures!! She took us to the best spot to see the Hollywood Sign and gave us a lot of ideas of where to go next.
