WOW! What fun! This experience allows you to enjoy history and the interesting stories at your own pace. We did it on two separate times....at night and completed during the day. We learned so much and got to enjoy it all with our own family. I can't wait to do this again somewhere else! They have other self guided tours.

Our family used the Ghosts of the Battlefield during our recent visit to Gettysburg. Although we failed to see any type of apparitions, the car tour took us through many historical battlefields. We enjoyed the background information provided throughout. Would liked to have listened to more stories during the driving downtimes from one field to the next. The gaps between audio comments was too long. We thought we lost connection at times. I would recommend this due to the reasonable cost for touring the battlefields from your car.

This was a great tour for people who can't walk well, you can do it all from your car. We downloaded the app to my Android phone but the sound did not work, so we downloaded the app to an apple phone and it worked great. The best time, in our opinion, to do this tour is right before sunset, it makes it more spooky.Tour was easy to follow, and you can do it at your own pace. We enjoyed this adventure very much.

I wanted to introduce my eight-year old son to the sights of the Gettysburg battlefield but knew I needed to find a way to do it that would capture his attention and his imagination. Face it, you are mostly looking at empty fields so it can be a little hard to imagine what happened there. This self-drive ghost tour was a good approach. The tour was relatively easy to download and to follow. Nothing much happens until you get out of town and onto the battlefield. The narration is solid and the narrator did a good job of curating some of the best stories. He is the author of Ghosts of Gettysburg so it's like getting a private tour with a real expert. Many of the stories he recounts are based on his personal experience. There are a few points along the tour where you are encouraged to get out of your car - but you don't have to. We got out at Little Round Top and Devils Den. It was a really hot afternoon in July so that pretty much zapped my son's energy so we enjoyed the rest of the tour from inside the car. It was also a good length of time for my son - much more content/time would have overwhelmed him. The cool thing is that once you have purchased and downloaded the app, you can go on the tour again and again. You could split it up into several visits. In short, this is a great way to get a flavor of the battle of Gettysburg - and the ghosts that still haunt the battlefield.

Great information! Nice to view the sites on our own and the narrated portion of the tour was really good! The directions could have been better, but all in all, great tour!

We did the tour in the evening and finished at sunset in the rain. This added to the experience listening to the ghost encounter at Little Roundtop.

Love the stories corresponding to their sites! We took the tour before sundown and the lighting really added to the experience. If ever a place earned the right to be haunted, it’s Gettysburg. Thank you for an entertaining and well done audio tour.

It’s was a great tour but needs to be scarier. You need to have more spooky, haunted things on the tour. Other than that it was a nice informative tour.

This tour was easy to maneuver on our own. This experience of seeing what these soldiers endured will never be forgotten.
