On January 12, 2022 we took a private 3 1/2 hour tour with Ana Pacheco through the historical parts of Santa Fe. We had such a wonderful experience and can’t imagine a more knowledgeable and fun guide to show us why Santa Fe is such a unique part of hundreds of years of history.

Ana was an amazing tour guide! She knows so much about the history of Santa Fe and was happy to share that extensive knowledge with us. We've been to Santa Fe a number of times before this visit, yet Ana's tour opened up an experience of the city and surrounding area we had never had before. We learned so much! Highly recommend this tour to anyone who wants to learn the REAL story of Santa Fe.

For any first time visitor to Santa Fe, this tour with Ana Pacheco is a MUST. Ana shares her deep knowledge of the history, culture, religions, architecture, commerce, etc. - everything about the Santa Fe region on her tour. She takes you to places that you would never have found on your own and explains their significance to the backbone of what today is Santa Fe. Ana is a historian, researcher, writer and artist. She also has a wonderful sense of humor. Take our advice - don't miss this tour.

That the Madam was buried under the Cathedral near the Archbishop. We also loved the spiral staircase in the Loretta chapel.

Ana Pacheco was excellent and created a fascinating tour. She was thoroughly knowledgeable about the history of Santa Fe and imparted interesting information that the friends who accompanied me, and who have been spent winters in Santa Fe many times, did not know. They, and I, were delighted. She also arranged the tour to accommodate my mobility issues. I highly recommend booking a tour with Ana. You will not be disappointed.

Ana was an amazing tour guide, the best we’ve ever had. Her personal connection to Santa Fe and her deep knowledge of the area’s history really brought Santa Fe to life for us. We loved the way she connected the different layers of history here in Santa Fe so that we had a true perspective on how the city became the vibrant, arts centered community that it it today.

We had a amazing morning on Ana's tour! We learned SO much and came away with a real understanding of Santa Fe's history and foundation. As a bonus we bought two of her books which she signed for us. Don't hesitate to join one of Ana's tours.
